The software said it failed to find a valid license and repaired needed (please see more details in the attachment). Could you please suggest a solution for this error? hongvu Posted May 7, 2015 Author Share Posted May 7, 2015 Hi Brian, Additional information: the repair and delete functions did not work (unselected/grayed out) in GWB Activation Utility when I selected the activation code for our GWB9. Also, I could not delete the activation code of the GWB10. I have also tried to uninstall and install the GWB9 a couple of times but it does not help.
