I have the GWB 8.0 version and am running the Microsoft Windows XP Professional OS. After using the installation cd and making sure the dongle is in, I am unable to open any of the GWB applications. I tried downloading the 8.0.9 patch, but it didn't seem to help. When I try to open the applications an error message appears that says it cannot open the program. The error signature is:

AppName: act2.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: act2.exe

ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 0005f111

I have tried installing it on another computer in the office, and it works fine. That computer is using Windows 7 OS.
