Problem Plotting PO4--- in Piper Diagram

Hi Jacklin,

 

A Piper diagram is useful for plotting major ion composition of a suite of samples. It is composed of three components by default; a plot of the cations (Mg++, Ca++ and Na+ + K+), a plot of the anions (Cl-, SO4--, and HCO3- + CO3--), and a diamond-shaped plot at the top is projection of the two ternary diagrams. While you can’t change the axes of a Piper diagram, you can make a ternary diagram look like the anion triangle of a Piper diagram to add . To do so, double-click on your Ternary diagram, and choose any any three components you would like the app to show on the plot.
