jocelyn Posted January 17, 2018 Share Posted January 17, 2018 I accidentally deleted my license from the GWB Activation Utility window without deactivating it after upgrading the software. Guest Melika Sharifi Posted January 17, 2018 Share Posted January 17, 2018 Hi Jocelyn, I’m sorry for the error. Please attempt to run the GWB dashboard (workbench.exe) "as administrator". Sometimes the normal installer is unable to install the updated flexlm service, but running the dashboard (or just about any of the GWB executables) as administrator should allow it to install and work OK.
