greetings,

I've been trying to run an isotope exchange model - water with minerals and also have tried to update the isotope file to include isotope exchange between nitrate and water oxygen - I'm not having success with the modified file and I've noticed that in the unmodified original file some species like CaSO4 do not seem to work either. I'm running on the latest react version 7.02 with the latest upgrade - in windows XP - I've included the react_isotope file as well and you can see where f.f = 0 for several species where in the isotope.dat file expressions exist. cheers, tco

Attached File(s)

React_isotope.txt ( 50.85k ) Number of downloads: 4

newkl739hydroisoequil.txt ( 2.37k ) Number of downloads: 2

isotopeno3.txt ( 11.58k ) Number of downloads: 3

Hi T.C.

Looking at your script: after you read in your isotope data, you issue a "reset" command, which clears the data out. Try removing this command, and re-running your script.

Hope that helps,
