  1. Those numbers instruct MODFLOW how to read the array we are using. All of the MODFLOW examples provided with GWB have constant TOP and BOTM of system (as well as nodal block geometry). Our flow model has varying top and bottom (BOTM), which is reflected in the .dis file that I pasted into the original post. We have edited our discretization file so that our model domain has a constant x,y,z (below).   2. I have generated a flow model in PMWin and when importing the discretization file into X2t I get the following error: "non-uniform rows and columns not supported". My cell dimensions are 100x1x10. The top and bottom of the domain varies, but dZ remains constant. Here is the .dis file.
