Yanlu

Hello, I cleaned my operation system and reinstalled my GWB student version a few weeks ago. But then in the activation page it show me that I am not installing it in the original machine. I am running a mac and my gwb is in a windows 7 virtual machine. I can't even deactivate or repair. Could anyone please help me out? Many thanks! Yanlu ps.the error message is showing in attached.
