I want to change my account state from active state to deactive state because i want to use this software using other new PC. However, errror message displayed when i pushed "deactive ". Error message ⇒Return failed for GPC... 9999; Error processing the request [Incident# 6026-811438] Can I teach me how to change active to deactive ?
