My name is Andressa Maia, I am a graduate student at the Federal University of ParanĂ¡ - UFPR Brazil and this year I acquired the license for the Geochemist's Workbench software and the software has been great for obtaining the results of my work in hydrogeochemistry. However, I sold the computer on which I used the software without deactivating the license. I purchased a new computer and downloaded the software but the same license does not work on my new computer because I did not disable it on the previous one. Unfortunately, I no longer have the contact of the person I sold it to, so I can't deactivate the license to use it on the current computer. Please, could you help me? I need to continue my research work and your software has been very useful. Would it be possible to resolve this situation, please?
