Removal of GWB10 trial license

Hi Brian,

 

After trying the GWB 10 for a while, now I can not run the GWB 9. The software said it failed to find a valid license and repaired needed (please see more details in the attachment). Could you please suggest a solution for this error?

Hi Brian,

 

Additional information: the repair and delete functions did not work (unselected/grayed out) in GWB Activation Utility when I selected the activation code for our GWB9. Also, I could not delete the activation code of the GWB10. I have also tried to uninstall and install the GWB9 a couple of times but it does not help.

Can you please send an email to support@gwb.com with the GWB9 and GWB10 activation codes that you've been using? And a screenshot of the GWB Activation Utility?
