need to reset license for new laptop

Hello- I lost my laptop and recently bought a new one. Without access to the Gwb files on my old computer, I am not able to deactivate my license in order to activate it on the new machine. Can you please help with resetting my license?

I'm sorry to hear you lost your laptop. I have manually reset your GWB Student license and you should now be able to activate it on your new machine. Please let me know if you have any trouble.
