Sorry for the late reply. I've been travelling and am now out of the country teaching a training course. This is just a guess, but I noticed that you have the "sorbate include" option enabled in your reactive transport model. Are you sure this is what you want? That option is most commonly used in laboratory batch experiments in which you know the total amount of solute in a system, but now how that solute is distributed between the solution and the surface of your sorbent mineral. In a field situation, though, you would likely only be sampling water from a well and thus only know how much solute is in solution. For more information, please see 7.92, sorbate, in the GWB Reference Manual.
