questions about pick up command

I tried to model a simple interaction of seawater with a sedimentary rock using React and thermo.dat on a Windows XP platform (an attached file). The Run was completed, and I picked up the entire system in order for meteoric water to interact with the system. However, the picked up system did not work. Could anyone advise me what was wrong in my modeling?

Dear Munetaki:

 

Part of the problem is that you've suppressed a large number of stable minerals. If, after the pickup command, you increase the number of iterations to 10,000 (Config- Variables - itmax), the simulation should converge- it will proceed rather slowly.
