my gwb program is not right when entering it appears "GSScannot find its symbol font. you may need to reintall GWB or contact technical support". 

I already reinstalled it but it still seems the same

I’m sorry to hear you are having issues with the GWB font. Please download and then install “GWB Symbol Ext” Font directly using this link: https://www.gwb.com/font.php 

You may need to restart your computer after installation.
