Bi-H2O system, when I plot the image, the informed information as shown in figure right ,please tell me how to solve it.

Hello zndxzmf, 

To calculate the water stability limits, you must include H2(g) in your thermodynamic database. Can you check if your customized thermo database contains H2(g)? If not, you will need to add that reaction manually. For an example, please look at the H2(g) entry under Gases in thermo.tdat. You can find thermo.tdat in the Gtdata subfolder where you installed GWB.
