Isaac Mantelli
I am getting an unknown error message when I try to deactivate my license on one computer to move it to a new computer. This does not seem to be related to the number of times I have done this process (so far only once). Any chance I can get this reset? Jia Wang
Hello Isaac, I am sorry to hear you're having trouble deactivating. Can you tell me a little bit more about the error message or attach a screenshot so we can better diagnose the issue? Does the status for your license in the GWB Activation Utility say activated or something else? If posting a screenshot, please avoid showing the activation code in it. Thanks, Jia
Isaac Mantelli
Attached is the error message with activation code crossed out. The status says activated. The request in the error message refers to pressing the "Deactivate" button.
Jia Wang
Hello Isaac, Thanks for providing the additional information. Please activate the code tsfix and then deactivate it. You should be able to deactivate your GWB license after this. Please let me know if you are successful. Best, Jia

Dave B
Hi, I'm getting a similar error when I try to do the same thing. I tried activating tsfix and it did activate, but I still can't deactivate the actual product license. The error code that I get is: "fixActTransactionSend failed 51311" thanks.
