trouble of error message when I pushed "deactive"

I want to change my account state from active state to deactive state  because i want to use this software using other new PC.

However, errror message displayed when i pushed "deactive ".

Error message ⇒Return failed for GPC...

9999; Error processing the request [Incident# 6026-811438]

Can I teach me how to change active to deactive ?

Hello Mari,

Thank you for your message. Some of our users have encountered this issue after a recent change in our system. Please activate the license code “tsfix” in your GWB Activation Utility and then deactivate this code. After this, you should be all set to deactivate your GWB license again.
